BPDE 366 Ethical and Legal Issues
This course seeks to introduce students to the ethical and legal issues of business in Ghana. It provides a theoretical and practical understanding of ethical and legal related issues that affect businesses in Ghana. It also explains the driving forces of new venture success and the ethical and legitimacy challenges that face entrepreneurs with new ventures.
