Semester Two
This course seeks to provide an introduction to
research methods and designs relevant to product design practitioners. The
course will focus on an introduction to various research designs, including
experimental and non-experimental, as well as quantitative and qualitative
research methods. In addition, the course will focus on providing a practical
understanding of several statistical tools used in Artistic research. The
emphasis will be on knowing when to use the various tests, what they measure,
and how to interpret results.
